LOCAL SHIPPING & RETUNS POLICY

Local Delivery – Panama City

We offer direct delivery within Panama City with a flat fee based on the district (corregimiento).

Shipping & delivery time: Orders are typically shipped and delivered within 1–2 business days.

National Delivery – Outside Panama City

For deliveries outside Panama City, we ship via Uno Express.

Shipping time: 1–2 business days.
Typical delivery time: 1–5 business days after dispatch (varies by province).
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking slip image once your order has shipped.
Delivery options: Client must pick up at the selected Uno Express branch location.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm.

Domestic Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Exclusions may apply for gift purchases.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition.
  • Returned in original packaging.
  • Shipped with a trackable service (customer’s expense).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error or a defective product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETUNS POLICY

Courier & Delivery

We ship international orders via DHL Express. The cost of shipping your order depends on your location and the size of your order. For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer the option to prepay for these fees at checkout and they cannot be predicted in advance by our team.

Shipping time: 1–5 business days.
Typical delivery time
: 7–20 business days after dispatch (varies by destination).
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number to your email once your order has shipped.

Please note that this time range does not include fulfillment time in the warehouse or any delivery delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or pandemic-related conditions.

International Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We offer DAP (Delivered at Place): Duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in the final order total.

These charges vary by country and will be collected by the courier (e.g., DHL Express) prior to delivery.

We strongly recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes related to their order.

Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to most countries served by DHL and our courier partners. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

Important: Some countries may restrict certain imports (e.g., footwear, leather goods, cosmetics). Please check your local import regulations before purchasing.
